Notice and Take-Down Procedure

If the Newberry is unable to determine whether it has the appropriate rights to make the material in question available online, the Newberry will remove it from its digital collection, publication, or resource pending further investigation.
All such communications must include:
- Your contact information.
- The full details of the material in question.
- The complete url where you found the material.
- The reason for your inquiry, including but not limited to copyright law, privacy laws, data protection, cultural sensitivity, etc.
