Seminar Description
This seminar offers even more tools based on the new book, Fundamentals of Genealogy®: The Most Helpful Tools You’ve Never Used! We’ll walk through in-depth instruction for practical uses of the Newberry Library’s catalogs and guides for genealogy, forensic photo analysis, and Google’s Research Tools. We will also review many organizational strategies, including using Evernote and OneNote to document findings, and Pinterest and other new options for presentations. Finally, we’ll explore the “52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks” challenge, genealogical societies, and using DNA in research. One session.
